Balancing With Mother Earth

Seems like everywhere you look these days there are pleas, protests and conferences, some scientific and some passionately outraged, about how humans are destroying the environment, the animals and the Earth itself.

I’m a philosopher and spiritual seeker, not an activist. I look within to principle and metaphor. When I opened a channel for this Symbala, I dedicated it to a loving harmony with Source, but had no clear intention for its use. However, the completed Symbala vibrated a clear message to me. It spoke of Mother Earth (in the 4 of form, the 8 of manifestation and the rainbow colors), but it did not vibrate with fear, worry or anger on her behalf. It was a shout of strength and empowerment. There was connection and remembrance that we are part of her just as we are part of the wholeness of Source. Just as she is completely capable of keeping herself in balance, so, too are we. As above, so below and as outside, so inside.

Use this Symbala for inner and outer peace and remember that we are ‘Balancing With Mother Earth’.

Beauty’s Heart

May 13th, 2019

Beauty’s Heart

I felt the synchronicity when I drew this Symbala with the Venusian influence of the Sun in Taurus.  All my senses were being heightened and sensitized by the Spring pageant of loveliness.  When it was done and I held it in my hands, I realized it was bursting with two things:  beauty and emotion.  The strong emotion was an awareness of the connection between beauty and true appreciation of being alive.

It is important to understand that beauty is anywhere and everywhere not just in nature and the arts. Each person’s discovery of any beauty is unique and yet they recognize it.  There’s a moment when it catches you, you take a quick breath, still and let it fill you with love, appreciation and confidence in knowing there is a guided benevolence in the cosmos.

One of the main purposes for the Symbalas is to explore that experience of beauty and it’s connection to the geometric order of the universes through color, harmonics, symmetry and the Golden Proportion.  Each one is a surprise, like beauty, and none more so than this one.  The first person I showed this Symbala to, drew a breath and began to cry, very happy tears.  May we all be able to appreciate the wonder of being alive through tears of joy!

Celebrate Birth

One of the most wonderful qualities of Spring is being viscerally aware of the new cycle of life that is emerging everywhere. Vibrant colors adorn the world in flowery abundance and grassy abandon. New life is being born in lakes, fields and nests. Each new life is a miracle and worthy of being celebrated. ‘Celebrate Birth’ is a symbolic cheer honoring this miracle, which is another way of saying honoring the miracle that is each of us!

Geometrically speaking, the key structural element of this Symbala is the 5-pointed star. The number 5 is the number of man, magic and miracles and is rooted in the Golden Proportion or ‘PHIve’. The 10 doubles it expanding to a new level of appreciation for each individual. We are the one, 1 + 0 = 1. Celebrate all life as a reflection of the ONE! Happy Birth day to each of us!
