Feels Right

How do we navigate through the endless barrage of misinformation and lies that comes to us through various media? How do we keep our equanimity in the face of information directly spoken to us from friends and even family? These are testing times in many ways and sometimes it is hard not to react in anger, frustration and confusion.

As divine humans we come equipped with a built-in barometer to help us. It will guide us to the truth, our truth; we just have to remember to listen to and honor our feelings. Beware of instant reactions; take the time to feel a response and let it come from the heart and just plain good sense.

Holiday times often bring many gatherings with family and friends. Love and good cheer to you all, and remember, if things get heated, the response barometer has a name: it just ‘Feels Right’.

Delicious

As an earth sign, I approach the world through my 5 senses. My 6th sense comes into play through my Symbalas and my private contemplations. Especially in these times, I have discovered that my dominant senses, sight and hearing, can easily be misled, if not closely monitored by my down-to-earth good sense.

I managed to arouse my sense of taste, however, when I had finished drawing this Symbala offering. I took one look and immediately felt a strong awareness of what could only be described as how ‘deliciousness’ would look in color and form. I realized that when my body experienced something delicious it brought a whole host of other feelings with it! I felt happy, abundant, elated and very contented. It even reached to a spiritual level with the help of the 8-base structure of immortality.

With loving intent I hope you may experience any or all of these feelings with this Symbala.

Allow Wellness

How are you? Such a simple question as a conversation-starter among friends and relatives, but innerstanding those two words used together can be profound. What does ‘wellness’ mean: happiness, thriving, healthfulness? ‘Allow’ implies asking permission or opening to something. So just WHO or WHAT are we asking permission from for our total wellness?

“We would like you to release the word ‘achieve’ or ‘earn’ from your vocabulary and from your understanding altogether; and we would like you to replace those words with the word ‘allow’. You’re wanting to allow your Well-being, not achieve it. It’s not something that you need to earn. All you have to do is decide what it is you would like to experience, and then allow it in order to achieve it. It isn’t something you have to struggle for or try for. You are all worthy beings. You are deserving of this Well-being.” Excerpted from Detroit, MI on 7/8/00 Our Love, Esther (and Abraham and Jerry)

May I offer a healthy wholeness frequency within this Symbala to aid with the allowing? Enjoy!

With Loving Allowing, Lahrinda

Eyes of Appreciation

If there was ever a time for being a pebble in the pond (rippling out inner work from the heart), it is now. Light-workers are needed to stand up and be who we are; free and sovereign individuals supporting our country, our world, with our presence. But how to stabilize and focus these efforts.

“…The state of appreciation is seeing whatever you are looking at through the eyes of Source.” Excerpted from ‘Money and the Law of Attraction’. Our Love, Esther (and Abraham and Jerry)

These words from Abraham give clarity and indicate a tool for staying focused and centered in the heart. The Sacred Geometry of the eye is the perfect window of soul. This is my inspiration each time I draw a Symbala and each time I interact with the world around me. I believe the key to being a heartful, peaceful citizen of Terra/Universe is beholding all through ‘The Eyes of Appreciation’.

With Loving Appreciation, Lahrinda
