Arlene’s Symbala Renewal inspired her to write a poem…

“Connecting from crown to core
Then, diving out into the universe
Yet firmly standing
Within the energy of a brilliant field
Spiraling and weaving
Clear and bright
Playful and serious
A cornucopia of delight
Life lived full in/out!”

With Appreciation,
Arlene

Happy Spring!

March 20th, 2016

Spring Equinox

SpringEquinox

Things have been budding for quite a while in the Puget Sound area because we’ve had a very long, very wet, warmish winter.¬† However, Spring is always welcome, no matter the weather.¬† This is the 4th Symbala in my Equinox/Solstice series.¬† Symbolically our earth cycles begin with the Spring Equinox, but I srarted drawing this new series just before the Summer Solstice last year, so that’s what I introduced first.¬† Saving the best for last, my favorite season, I honor the beginning for the Spring Equinox!¬† Hope yours is splendid and full of bright new colors in your personal paint box.

Valentine Love to All

February 21st, 2016

Heart’s Fire

HeartsFireWM

The heart is the seat of love and as Abraham says, ‚Äú‚Ķthis Eternal Energy of Love that is your Source.‚Ä̬† Powerful words for a powerful subject.¬† I often use heart symbols in the Symbalas.¬† They lend themselves easily to the mandala form and build layers of loving intensity as the drawing evolves.¬† So here is my Valentine Symbala message of LOVE from my heart to yours!

With Loving Resonance,  Lahrinda

New to Symbala World: You can now find me on Facebook, which I finally joined. Also there is a way to speak to me for free on Skype, if you’re so inclined. If you don’t have Skype yet, here’s a link to sign up and join those of us who love the free calling and seeing (if you have a camera) friends and dear ones far away. I can now see my son and granddaughter regularly, even though they live thousands of miles away.
