Thank you so much for my Personal Symbala. I was a bit overwhelmed by its beauty at first. I instantly had tears of joy and appreciation.

I am new to Lahrinda’s Symbala art, but was instantly connected to it. I am looking forward to my journey in life with an open heart to things that are good and pure. I’ve always felt a calling for helping others in many different ways. My Personal Symbala has confirmed that calling for me!

I can’t thank you enough, Lahrinda. I look forward to more Symbalas in my life!

Happy Thanksgiving

Grounding

Many of us will be celebrating our holiday of Thanksgiving this week. Even if you are not from the USA, the idea of thanks giving is very universal and worth a closer look. Here, most of us focus on gathering with loved ones to share an abundance of good food and memories of past times together. Families of the heart are the structure and strength of a healthy society and these celebrations are important on many levels. When so many things are in flux around us, it is more important than ever to put our attention and appreciation on the bonds of love served up with the earthy bounty of food and laughter.

A dear friend recently reminded me that with the ever increasing frequencies and intensity of our cosmosphere, these rituals of feasting remind us lovingly that while we are spiritual beings, we are also of the Earth. Honoring our connection to Mother Earth through her bounty, beauty, strength and stability succors us and is essential to our sense of wholeness. The spiritual term for this is ‘grounding’ and that friend suggested how wonderful it would be to have a Symbala evoking that process. How could I resist?

So with great appreciation and love to you all as fellow spiritual beings of the Earth, here is my offering of ‘Grounding’. May it bring you peace and connection to your inner strength for the upcoming holidays and down deep and beyond…

With Loving, Grounding Resonance, Lahrinda

Joyful Heart

The frequency of true joy is elusive; yet it could be at the top of your emotional guidance system. Any personal experience that inspires you to vibrate with the feeling of joy is a template. When life seems dreary, scary or downright unreasonable, call up your joy memories and see how quickly you can realign to the frequency that produces a Joyful Heart! May this Symbala stabilize you there, for it is the place you want to be.

The Universe Within

To dwell on the immensity, complexity and diversity of the cosmos may overwhelm, which is why we often choose to narrow our scope to hour by hour living of our lives. If we do that with an eye to the second Hermetic Principle of Correspondence (as above, so below; as within, so without, etc.) we can recognize the greater implications of seemingly small occurrences and interactions coming into our lives.

Nowhere do I feel these principles more strongly than when I am drawing a Symbala. So many elements are woven into the mandala tapestry I create: beauty, harmony, rhythm, symmetry, coherence, color and an intense awareness of the divine flow as it purposefully and geometrically unfolds. I don’t have to travel physically to savor this sweetness for it is always available as the spiraling thread of the Golden Proportion unwinding infinitely inward and outward connecting all things to Source.

This Symbala, The Universe Within, speaks to the complexity yet simplicity of unfolding life. As I drew it, I felt how the immensity was framed by the cubes and each cube felt like another entire universe, each connecting to the others. Isn’t life wonderful? We never run out of vortices of dimensionality to explore!
