When we are challenged in the arena of our health, often the first impulse is to look outside ourselves for advice and solutions from health ‘authorities’. Looking to ourselves as the authority – not always first on our list. This is the way most of us were taught. We need to honor ourselves as the creators of who we are and how we feel. As such, we can make changes as needed.

Invocation

An Invocation is a request/demand for guidance made to our divine inner god-self. The purpose is to get clarity on a great change, seemingly external to ourselves; allowing us, step by step and ripple by ripple, to evolve to a higher frequency of truth. This process could apply to any situation in our lives and seems to be particularly appropriate at the present time. It’s a perfect time, not to struggle and fear, but to stay focused in appreciation of beauty, family, health, creativity and love in order to allow a growing glimpse of our new world. Here is a tool for just that purpose – be at peace.

Reality IS Frequency

Reality is a very subjective thing and the more we accept that we create it, the more we can understand that we are not victims of it. This Symbala is dedicated to the awareness that ‘Reality IS Frequency’. Having educated myself about Sacred Geometry and been inspired to use it as the structural style of my Symbala work I have been able, quite literally, to draw a bridge to this powerful quantum understanding.

Using the integrated frequencies of color, symmetry and geometry of Symbalas is to realize their intention as tools for inner strength and peace in the world you are creating for the greater good.

Enlighten

There are many shifts happening now as we and the world evolves. I can’t think of a better time to share this Symbala that came through as things were really getting ‘stirred up’. I loved the Symbala, but questioned the name when I finished it. Now I realize it’s what is needed.

‘Enlighten’ is an action verb. The action is to bring LIGHT/clarity to understand what is seen, felt or experienced. In this age of information, one thing is clear amid the chaos of yelling in the world; we must each bring our light for a truth that resonates within – not what is being yelled the loudest.

It’s time to ‘ENLIGHTEN’ ourselves as we evolve with the increasing frequencies of the cosmos. Expand on a feeling!
