Celebrate the Summer Solstice

Summer Solstice

Solstice, from the Latin, means ‘sun stands still’.¬† In the northern hemisphere the summer solstice, June 21st, is celebrated as the day of the longest light of the year.¬† In the southern hemisphere it is the winter solstice or the longest night of the year.¬† There are 4 cardinal points in the zodiac:¬† summer solstice (cancer), fall equinox (libra), winter solstice (capricorn) and spring equinox (aries).

Each of these events have power and strong symbolism.¬† I was inspired by this summer solstice to bring through the first Symbala of a new series of 4¬† to celebrate these powerful energies.¬† Enjoy the Symbala and the first day of summer or winter, depending on your perspective.¬† More about this new series soon…
