Self Love

SelfLove

“If we were standing in your physical shoes, this would be our dominant quest: Entertaining Yourself, pleasing Yourself, connecting with Yourself, being Yourself, enjoying Yourself, loving Yourself. Some say, ‘Well, Abraham, you teach selfishness.’ And we say, yes we do, yes we do, yes we do, because unless you are selfish enough to reach for that connection, you don’t have anything to give anyone anyway. And when you are selfish enough to make that connection—you have an enormous gift that you give everywhere you are.” ~Abraham

This quotation from the soul group calling itself ‘Abraham’, channeled through Esther Hicks, triggered some deep-seated childhood memories, very painful ones, and also happy inspiration.  It inspired the newest Symbala, Self Love.  It lives in the Abraham-Hicks sub-gallery of the Print Gallery where you can read more about how it came to be and enjoy a new ‘Soul Rhythms in Light’ perspective from Peggy Smith.  You can also find it in my Zazzle Store, gracing many products which make uplifting, unique gifts.

Community Magic

CommunityMagic

“My ‘idea’ friend, Gemma Deneen, inspired me to draw this Symbala to embrace the energy of a community art project she visualized. The project didn’t come to fruition, but the Symbala did. She loved the Symbala and hopes it inspires more ‘Community Magic’!

“After naming this Symbala and getting ready to introduce it on my website, I realized some thought was needed on what that name reflected. In exploring the word, there’s an implication of Co-operation, Co-mingling and Co-mmunicating. All are very mutually beneficient concepts.

“There are all kinds of communities. Some are based on living location, others on enjoyment/agreement. Communities can be found in plants and animals and on a scope both local and worldwide, like the community of man.

“My awareness of community embodied a sense of expanded friendship revealed through shared vision and philosophic perspective. The key is the coming together for fun, joy and expansion. The amplification of these shared vibrations is amazing and, voila – MAGIC!

“As I was getting my thoughts together to write this, another friend, Renata Dunkle, called me to see if I could help her put together a flyer for a community event she was organizing in the near future. I laughed and felt the magic happening already! Here is a picture of the resulting flyer we Co-created. You can’t see it very clearly, but you can sure feel the magic!”

Honoring the Feminine/Masculine Energies

Honoring the Feminine

HonoringtheFeminine

Honoring the Masculine

HonoringtheMasculine

“What a journey! When the Feminine Symbala was complete, I knew it wasn’t because it cried out for its balancing partner. So, I immediately began pulling in the energy for the Masculine Symbala. After completing and printing them, I sat with them for days. I am staggered by the impact of these two Symbalas. Each expresses the unique essence of the archetype: the curving, full-spectrum structuring that nurtures of the feminine and the outward directness and light strength of the masculine. But the most powerful awareness that comes is the harmony and sense of oneness of spirit that says they are different yet necessary for co-creation…”
